Chloe K. Li
Chloe is a curious reporter and writer, ready to ask "Why" with just slightly more professionalism than a bored toddler. Her goal is to pass the mic to marginalized groups, whether that be through written word, video, or audio.
She is currently a Junior at American University's School of Communication, and will graduate in the Winter of 2021 with a Journalism degree.

What Am I Up To?
Currently, Chloe is an Emma Bowen Fellow, hoping to help diversify newsrooms everywhere. She's also the Web Director for AWOL Magazine at American University, as well as a reporter there. At AWOL, she critically reports on issues that affect under-represented students on campus while holding those in charge accountable.
Previously, Chloe was a Dow Jones Intern in the WNYC newsroom and The Gothamist where she covered breaking news ranging from transportation to bookstores to police interactions with civilians.
